I had no idea what was wrong with it so I ordered an amplified chip and planned to replace the one on board when I got the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A few days ago something was brought to my attention via an unrelated arcade PCB discussion and the -5V  power line was mentioned. The ATX connector I use for simplicity to connect the PSU I have to the Supergun (the device that connects to arcade boards and allows connection to a more adaptable audio\/video\/input system) had no -5V connector so today I added a wire from the -5V pin on the PSU to the Supergun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IT WORKED!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Double Dragon Arcade PCB\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8ouCqYws-mM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Recorded from the arcade PCB<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The gameplay is me trying to remember how to play but that&#8217;s not the point of this post. The audio works now, and that&#8217;s the point!
